VITTA412 CORPORATION: TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICES

By accessing vitta412.com or using the QAL App, you (the User) enter into a legally binding agreement with VITTA412 CORPORATION, an Alberta-registered entity. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease all use of our services immediately.

2. PREPAID CREDIT MODEL AND CONSUMPTION

VITTA412 operates on a prepaid, usage-based model:

  • Credit Acquisition: Users purchase Communication Credits in advance. These credits represent prepaid access to VoIP calling services delivered through our cloud platform.
  • Consumption: Credits are consumed in real-time as VoIP calling services are utilized, including outbound international voice calls, SMS, and data throughput. Rates vary by destination and are displayed clearly within the QAL App prior to each call.
  • Finality: Due to the real-time nature of VoIP call routing and international carrier termination costs, all consumed credits are final and non-refundable.

3. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

VITTA412 adheres to the following refund protocol:

  • Unused Credits: Refunds for unused credits may be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided no portion of that specific transaction has been consumed or activated.
  • Consumed Credits: Once credits have been partially or fully used to place calls or send messages, they are deemed fully rendered and non-refundable.
  • Auto-Top-Up: If you enable Auto-Top-Up, you authorize VITTA412 to charge your payment method on file when your balance falls below a set threshold. You may disable this feature at any time in your dashboard; however, charges processed prior to deactivation are non-refundable.

4. PROHIBITED USAGE AND PLATFORM INTEGRITY

VITTA412 services are provided for lawful personal and business communication only. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal Use: Using the platform for unsolicited automated calling, robocalling, phishing, spoofing, or any activity that violates Canadian, American, European, or international telecommunications law.
  • Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or defraud the platform, its credits, or its infrastructure.
  • Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials, whether authorized by you or not.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND EMERGENCY SERVICES NOTICE

  • Service Availability: VITTA412 aims for enterprise-grade platform uptime but service is provided as-is. VITTA412 is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits resulting from service interruptions.
  • Emergency Services Notice: The QAL App is a VoIP calling application and does not support emergency services calling (911, 112, or local equivalents). Users must not rely on the QAL App as their sole means of communication or for contacting emergency services. Always maintain access to a traditional telephone line or mobile carrier for emergency use.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
