VITTA412 CORPORATION ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information in accordance with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

We collect and use personal information only for the following legitimate business purposes: <

  • To provide VoIP calling services and maintain platform access.
  • To process billing and payments through authorized PCI-compliant payment processors.
  • To ensure platform security, monitor usage, and prevent illegal or fraudulent activity.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations under Canadian and applicable international law.

3. Consent

By accessing or using our platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this policy. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.

4. Information We Collect

Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number. Technical and Usage Data: IP addresses, platform access logs, call records, usage metrics, and technical information necessary for provisioning and securing our platform.

Payment Information: Billing and payment details processed securely by third-party PCI-compliant providers. We do not collect or store the content of voice calls except when strictly required for technical troubleshooting or as mandated by law.

5. Limiting Use, Disclosure, and Retention

Personal information is used and disclosed only for the purposes for which it was collected, or as permitted or required by law. We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill those purposes or meet legal record-keeping requirements.

6. Safeguards

We protect personal information using appropriate physical, organizational, and technological safeguards including encryption, access controls, firewalls, and secure hosting practices.

7. International Transfers

Our company is based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Personal information may in some cases be processed or stored by service providers outside Canada. We take reasonable steps to ensure adequate protection of your information in all jurisdictions.

8. Access and Correction

We collect phone numbers solely to send one-time password (OTP) verification codes for account authentication.

OTP messages are only sent when a user explicitly enters their phone number and requests verification.

OTP codes are temporary and valid for 10 minutes.

Phone numbers are not used for marketing or advertising purposes. Phone numbers are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties except with our SMS provider (Twilio) solely for delivering verification codes.

Phone numbers are deleted or anonymized after verification is complete, unless required for security or legal reasons.

Service Access & Refund Policy

VITTA412 CORPORATION provides enterprise cloud communication infrastructure and softswitch hosting services. Clients make advance payments for access to our platform and its metered resources.

Platform Access Fees: Payments are made in advance to obtain access rights to the platform and its metered resources via our systems and APIs.

Consumption and Finality: Once platform access is activated and resources are utilized through normal platform operation, the usage becomes irreversible. All platform access fees are final and non-refundable once the service period has commenced, except where required by applicable Alberta consumer protection laws.

Billing Model: We operate on a prepaid, usage-based model for enterprise infrastructure access. Refunds are generally not issued for access periods that have already started.

Compliance & Fraud Prevention: VITTA412 maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any illegal or fraudulent use of the platform. Violations will result in immediate account suspension.
